Our Factories are equipped with latest automated concrete plants fitted with central mixers, computerized controls, water chillers and comprehensive concrete laboratory testing facilities.
We Follow Best Practices
Ensure that all concrete production, supervised by experienced personnel is of the highest grade and in compliance with all local and international standards.
The company has a truck fleet of 70 transit-mixers of 9m3 capacity supplemented by 5 concrete mobile pumps and 5 stationary pumps enabling it to ensure prompt, efficient and reliable delivery and placing of concrete in accordance with schedules laid down by our projects.

Quality Control Procedure
All concrete raw materials and the produced concrete is monitored by the following checks and lab tests. These ensure that quality materials are used to manufacture concrete and that the process meets international standards such as BS and ASTM.
- A Dedicated quality control plan has been implemented at all readymix division’s batching plants.
- The Central Laboratory at Sulaibiya-Kab’d is equipped with all required testing apparatus, materials and manned by trained personnel.
- All incoming raw materials as well as outgoing mix products are constantly monitored by the lab technicians for compliance.
- Quality test procedures are continued by technicians at delivery site, to the satisfaction of the project contractor and approval of the engineering consultants.
